Find Mental Health
Are you wanting to find mental health but feeling stuck within yourself or with a loved one who is emotionally disturbed? Are you wanting more information about “integrative” mental health, and the impact of psychiatric meds? This course reveals the downside of conventional mental health care today: how over-diagnosis and over-medication is leading to more stigma and less mental health. Unfortunately, our mainstream healthcare system is not always supporting the idea of recovery but encouraging increasing numbers of people to take psychiatric medications for life. Although this is difficult news–it also brings us to the threshold of seeking effective alternatives.
Where are we going? To explore the empowering alternatives in Integrative Mental Healthcare for those who want to find mental health!
Current research shows many people can find mental health after episodes of mental disturbance. It’s GOOD news!
