I was born in Central Indiana and lived a "normal" life for 57 years. Most of that time as a Registered Nurse, Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer or a Budgeting/Financial/IT Analyst.
I had my own spontaneous Spiritually Transformative Event (STE) that started in early 2023 when I decided to consciously find more joy and happiness in my life. It led me on an unrelenting journey that culminated in multiple life-changing events; none of which I expected to happen.
My STE turned into a Spiritual Emergency when my family, friends and colleagues were unable to understand that I was on my Transcendent Hero's Journey that included many dark nights of the soul.
The tumultuous components of my awakening ended after 5 months. I am pleased to be able to share that my journey led me to the other side where peace, light and love was restored once again to my now very full life.
I sought to become a Certified Spiritual Emergence Coach® in order that I may assist and support others who may be going through a tumultuous time, or just in need of being with someone to hear and understand as they navigate their own journey.
Additionally, my career within the traditional Hospital Medical System for over 30 years as a nurse (including Emergency Room Nursing) allows for a unique perspective on Western Based Evidenced-Based Medicine practices and the more complete healing that occurs when one heals thyself.
My enlightened journey continues, thankfully. However, I am now equipped to navigate and grow in the spiritual waters due to my personal "lived"-experience, wisdom and grounding techniques learned during that experience, and my continued study of our shared human consciousness awakening.
