My journey into expanded states of consciousness began after the passing of a family member with whom I shared a deep energetic connection. Following his death, I started experiencing spontaneous out-of-body experiences, hearing voices, and what felt like a near-death-like experience.

I trained as an Internal Medicine physician, and my current area of interest lies in integrating spiritual emergence experiences into medical practice within the field of consciousness-based medicine. After my own experiences, I was drawn toward an in-depth exploration and study of altered states of consciousness.

My interests lie in supporting individuals through spiritual emergence experiences and exploring ways to integrate these perspectives into mainstream healthcare systems. I also feel drawn toward end-of-life support, in a role similar to that of a death doulah. Another area of deep interest for me is understanding the spiritual dimensions that may underlie experiences often labeled as psychiatric illnesses. In addition, I hope to collaborate on a larger scale and find platforms to raise awareness within the medical community and help normalize these ideas and conversations.
