Jessica believes deeply in every human’s innate potential for wholeness and is deeply honored to support others walking the path towards awakening. Personally Jessica remains a grateful student of her several awakening experiences, including a kundalini awakening that has radically transformed her body, her consciousness, and her world. Working with the divine feminine and reclaiming these sacred undervalued qualities, she finds deep inspiration at the crossroads of ancient wisdom, sacred embodiment, and modern science. Professionally, she has integrated many paradigms and practices into her work over decades. These include transpersonal psychology, somatic experiencing, shamanic and energy work, HeartMath, yin (feminine) principles, embodiment practices, movement and dance, relationship with nature, self-compassion practices, meditation, creative expression and more.
In addition to working with individuals and groups, Jessica teaches and presents on topics such as Post-Traumatic Spiritual Awakening and the role of the Autonomic Nervous System on Spiritual Emergence. In assisting with spiritual emergence, Jessica works somatically to support integration, increased capacity, and ultimately support coherence and balance.
