As a psychologist, I understand how trauma, extreme stress, and loss can catapult people into a crisis that leads to a transformation of their being. The process often entails a sense of overwhelm, destabilization, non-ordinary experiences/sensations, deconstructing foundational beliefs, and/or deeply questioning life’s meaning. I believe the growing prevalence of these issues reflects a call from our souls to wake up and live in alignment with our purpose here on earth.
In heeding my soul’s call after some extraordinary and challenging experiences, I immersed myself in learning about consciousness, the unseen world, our existence as energetic beings, and the wisdom found in non-Western and indigenous cultures. In the process, I have grown a collaborative network of intuitive healers that supports my personal spiritual growth to include adapting to and developing newly discovered innate capacities.
In my psychology practice, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration. My own spiritual emergence process has been facilitated by expanded states of consciousness. I am therefore aware that these experiences (that help connect us with divine intelligence beyond the mind) can lead to profound changes in how we understand ourselves and the larger world. I offer compassionate support and walk alongside people on their journeys of discovery and transformation, including those facing end-of-life issues. For those with a cancer diagnosis, I partner with a death doula (who is also a hospice and oncology nurse) to offer monthly virtual cancer journey healing circles.
