She/Her/Hers...
Often in our pursuit of an exceptional quality of life, we come across an experience or experiences that deter our attainment of that and move us into a space of needing to seek help. It can seem counterintuitive that a spiritually transformative experience (STE) could be one such derterant of a quality life, but any type of change comes with both positive and negative aspects. Also, when these experiences come as a result of seeking help, for example, through meditation or hypnotherapy, it can further delay integration and adaptation to the experience and move us into a spiritual emergency.
Because the above description of some of the challenges that accompany STEs comes largely from my personal experience, as a counselor, I dedicated my professional development to ensuring that the clients who work with me see faster integration and optimal adaptation to similar experiences they may be facing in their lives. I am trained in several techniques that address your experience on a holistic level, and by the time we finish our work together you will be empowered with the skills to address your physical, psychological/emotional, spiritual, and social needs both now and in the future, enabling you to optimally adapt to any life experience.
My work has afforded me the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, both individually or in a family setting, and I continue to work in that capacity in an online setting.
